Abstract submission guidelines

Submission of Abstract Deadline: September 15th 2023

Notification of Acceptance: September 30th 2023

Abstracts must be submitted via the Conference website.

The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission.

All abstracts should be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling.

You may submit more than 1 abstract. However, presenters that are accepted for oral presentations will be permitted to give only 1 oral presentation. Additional, accepted abstracts will therefore be posters only.

Abstract must be allocated to a specific theme/topic. Visit the conference website for a complete listing of abstract themes/topics.

A title of abstract (a concise title formatted in Title Case, not UPPERCASE)

A clear and concise abstract of no more than (2100 Characters with spaces) without titles - authors details and Key words. Do not include figures or tables.

Abstract layout for writing: abstracts must be submitted with the following structure when writing:
  • Background
  • Objectives
  • Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusions/implications
  • Keywords

On submission, indicate whether for oral or poster (The selections committee may suggest otherwise upon review of the content of the abstract)

Oral presentations will have 10-minutes time slots

  2. Author and co-authors’ details

Full first and family name (s)

Poster Guidelines

Physical Poster Specification

The size for the poster is 0.9m wide x 1.2m high, portrait orientation.

All the posters are displayed next to each other, there is no room on for overflow.

Printing Options

All posters should be printed and brought by the presenters themselves.
